Second JSNA Readiness Survey
We are inviting you to take part in an online survey (questionnaire) to capture your views on Lincolnshire’s Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). As you are aware, the JSNA is a systematic review of the health and wellbeing needs of the population, leading to agreed priorities across organisations that will improve the health and wellbeing of the community at the same time as reducing health inequalities.
The aim of the survey is to help us improve the way we undertake the JSNA ensuring the continual development of the JSNA as a useful tool for all of our partners, as well as those people and communities with an interest in it.
The survey is open from now until Wednesday 2nd January 2013 and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please follow the hyperlink here to access the survey.
If you have any queries or questions regarding the online survey please contact lorna.leaston@lincolnshire.gov.uk
The survey information can be provided in another language or format - please contact Public Health Directorate, Lincolnshire County Council on 01522 552538
Many thanks in advance for your support in completing the survey. A summary report detailing the responses to the survey will be produced and distributed by the end of March 2013 at the latest. |
